I brought my vehicle for the service Monday April 14th. It took 1 week to start working on it. after diagnose was done it took more than a week to get a necessary part. And it took another week to install it. why you're taking car for the service if you don't have a manpower?

The entire process was smooth and easy starting with viewing the truck online, deciding I wanted it. I filled out my information online and was contacted by Ramon Martinez via text, which is what I prefer. Ramon kept in contact me and I advised him of my arrival time at the dealership. He was ready for my arrival, got the truck and went for a test drive. We returned to the dealership, he helped me getting the myChevrolet app set up. Purchase documents were being prepared and timely ready for my review/signing. Omar Khalil did an excellent job going through the documents and signing was a breeze. I am in the title insurance industry and are very familiar with doc signoffs. I believe I was heading home within 2 hours of arriving and that includes my time sitting in the beautiful C8 in the showroom. Overall experience I was very happy and met my expectations as I have purchased a vehicle from Steven Creek Chevrolet in the past. There was an error in the extended warranty milage showing incorrect milage which I discovered the next day. I contacted Omar who quickly corrected the error and sent me a new contract to sign. Well done, thank you.

Ramon was the best salesman I have had at Stevens creek Chevrolet. Ramon and the sales manager were a class act. I first dealt with a salesman named WAHID and he was the worst salesman who texted me about the wrong vehicle, couldn’t answer my questions about the status of the actual vehicle I wanted and once getting to the dealership had different numbers than what he texted me for the car. Wahid could not explain the number change. After getting so angering with this idiot I demanded a sales manager and that’s when I got the true service I expected. Sales manager was able to explain everything in detail and was pleasant to work with. Ramon was exactly the salesman i hoped for. Ramon was very detailed going all the features of my new EV. Ramon is a prime example of the perfect salesman. I appreciated his knowledge, attention to detail, explanation and compassion after dealing with Wahid.

Bolt EUV software update. The only issue was a 10 am appointment, but the car was not ready until the next day. Had to wait on the EV tech. The car was washed and charged when I went to pick it up.

Took my 2022 C8 Vette in for its first oil and filter change. Experience was good for my first time at this dealership. 2pm appointment with about a 10min wait, because of cars ahead of me, to get a service person to respond. Service was completed around 4:20pm. Dealerships are not known for speedy oil changes, so some wait time was expected. Plus, I believe the corvette's air filter change requires some mechanical effort to replace. Also, an all point inspection was performed, which may have added to this time.The waiting area was large with a help yourself coffee and hot chocolate. The service person was very helpful answering my questions. She even took the time snap in some panels inside my Frunk that weren’t installed when I got the car from out of state. I was offered a mechanical car wash, but declined since GM doesn’t recommend mechanical washes for the Vette. Overall a good experience, I’ll be back for the remaining service calls on my car.

5 stars for Jesika - she was knowledgeable about Chevrolet's first free maintenance service for a 2024 C8 Corvette and split my service into an oil and filter change and a later DCT filter + flush at 7,500 miles +/- 500. Oil/filter change took about 2-3hrs and they provided one-way shuttle service.

Great experience with Ashley looking at cars. She was patient and really helped pick out the right car. Things were going well until we had negotiated a deal and then they tried to go back on it, adding money to the final paperwork without saying anything. Great service, and the service person that helped me was great as well. Was first told that an oil change and fuel filter replacement would take 2-3 hours. That's crazy, sense i had an appointment and know that I could do both in less than 30min. Thankfully the service person was able to help get me in and out in 1 hour 20 min. I do think that and oil change and fuel filter at $550 is way over priced.

Positive experience for oil change. However, repair costs have significantly increased. For example, a tire rotation is $80 which is very expensive considering this is a very simple job with no parts costs. Also quoted spark plug change, coolant change, brake fluid change and 4X4 service for $2,613.75. This also appears to be very high.

I feel that things have changed at the dealership and service is not what it used to be. I liked going to Dennis Low( excellent customer service) but now he is just over the fleet department. While waiting to drive my car into the service area there was no contact with service representatives and while it was busy it would have been nice to have been acknowledged. The woman who did come out was very helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere is not the same as it used to be and both my husband and I have been coming here for over 20 years- we have purchased all our cars here.

I purchased 2 vehicles...in cash from the lot. I figured this would make me a priority customer, at least for that day. Unfortunately, it was the worst big purchase experience of my life. I bought a Tahoe (High Country) and Colorado. The Tahoe had a flashing message on the dash reading something like "Tire Air Monitoring Malfunction" When I called, the dealer thought it was a simple fix, it was not I had drive home, and have the dealer come pick up the tahoe and then fix it. Then when I got it back, the air in the tires was monitored but 2 tires were showing up on the dash as too low...so I had to take it to the gas station and fill it up myself. Then, as I tried to set up the onstar, it sould not work. THe button doesn't do anything. In the Colorado it works fine, so I called Onstar and they could not connect to the tahoe. On Friday the dealer (Stevens creek Chevy) was trying to figure it out and said they could fix it ...they think,. I reminded SC Chevy I ONLY bought this tahoe was to repalce my range rover for a cross-country trip. So here I have a new Tahoe, and the GPS does not work, the google assitant and google maps does not work, and the Onstar does not work. THe dealer first said they would fix it Friday then Saturday and then ultimately said they could not fix it becuase of personnel issues. I had no chocie but to leave for my trip. Still no offer of a solution from the dealer nor chevy no on star...still no offer of compensation for my time from anyone. Why did Chevy allow this Tahoe , this HIghest Cost Tahoe to be sold when it had broken parts..... I have purchased 6 vehicles this year for my company and myself, and 20 or so vehicles before. This is the worst experience...and nobody has offered me a solution as of this writing 6/11/25. I hope Chevy helps me at least get what I paid for.

The service provider I got was very thorough in explaining my service. She provided all the information including cost so that I can make decisions on the service options. The car was ready at the estimated time and was charging when I picked it up. She offered to wash the car when I noted it was dirty, though I declined the offer since I was tight on time. It would have been nice if the option to wash was offered prior but otherwise the service was acceptable. Price on service seemed high though given it's a dealership I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. I also didn't get a service reminder sticker which would have been appreciated.

I originally dropped off my 2021 Chevrolet Bolt on February 27th and was told the parts I would need for my repair would take until June or July to arrive. That is definitely the longest delay I have ever experienced for a parts order in my 38 years of car ownership. But I see that as a reflection on problems with Chevrolet corporate and not this dealership. Where this dealership could have done a lot better is in the proactive communication from my Service Advisor, Jesika Irvin. While Jesika was always friendly and pleasant to talk to, her response time via text messaging and her follow-through on getting back to me were lacking. Numerous times she would say that she had to talk to the mechanic and would get back to me later that day or the next day. 3-4 days would go by, or a week would go by, and then I'd have to text her again for an update (with a response often requiring my follow-up again a few days later). So proactive communication and follow-up on specific actions should definitely have been better. It is very frustrating to have to wait so long for a response or to have to send numerous text messages before hearing back. Finally, on May 20th I was told that all the parts were in and the repair should be done by the end of the next week. And then this happened every week (told it would be finished by end-of-the-week, but then a delay) until the car was finally finished on Monday, June 16th. Jesika explained that Stevens Creek Chevrolet only has 2 mechanics who can work on EV vehicles, but along the way I was also told my car was jumped in line by other repairs that were a 'priority' over mine. In conclusion, the repair work seems good (no issues so far) and the car was cleaned and charging when I picked it up. Along the way Jesika was friendly, but her constant long delays in communication and lack of follow-through, combined with numerous delays in getting the car finally repaired after setting my expectations for it to be done were disappointing.

I dropped my vehicle off 6/17 for an oil change/tire rotation and some additional warranty work to be done. The service writer called me on 6/18 to verify the work. She stated the diagnostic tech would need to inspect the vehicle. The service writer called again on 6/20 and started the inspection had not taken place due to a back log of work. She assured me the inspection would take place the following week. I attempted to call the dealership and reached the automated phone tree. I was able to connect with an operator who transferred me to a dealership in Dublin, CA. I received a call for another service writer on 6/24 and was told the inspection would be performed the next day. I called back on 6/25 and the inspection had not been done. I picked up the truck on 6/27 and paid for the oil change/tire rotation. When I got home i noticed the tired had not been rotated. This was far and away one of worst experiences I’ve had a a car dealership. I specifically took my truck to your dealership to have work done by GM techs. The dealership had the truck for 10 days and the only wok done was the oil change which I could have done in under an hour at my local service station. I was without my vehicle for a very unreasonable amount of time and no work was done on it. Needless to say, I am extremly disappointed.

Purchase experience was good. The staff was pleasant and efficient. However, the overall experience was let down by small but important details. 1. The vehicle was dirty when received, and remained so even after it was returned to have glue removed from the dashboard and roof. 2. I fully expected the vehicle to be equipped with a garage door opener (Universal remote control function), but this was missing (manufacturing problem?) . No information on if/when/how this will be rectified; it’s the first thing you want to use on getting the vehicle home! 3. No information provided on NACS connectivity & adapter - should be a significant asset to both GM & owners. Pay attention to the details as these things sour the overall experience for the customer!

My 2025 Tahoe had a Non-Working GPS so neither the Google maps, google assiant nor the on sat worked. Nothing at all. In addition the tire monitoring sensors did not work. Why wasn’t this checked before taking my money to buy the truck? STILL UNRESOVLED. Stevens creek Chevy said they tried to get technicians in to fix it…but nobody would show up. Then I went on a rode trip…no safety as Chevy advertises becasue the GPS and onstar were not working. SC Chevy tried to pass this problem on to another dealer in another state…STILL UNRESOLVED…. The worst car dealership experience I ever had.

The advisor I worked with was great. However, I didn't appreciate the very long delay in getting my vehicle serviced. I was led to believe that the actual servicing took less than half a day, but we waited over a week in total due to a lack of EV techs to work on my car (no EV techs to work on weekends), and many days delay to obtain a part after being initially quoted 1-2 days to receive it. During this whole time, no loaner vehicles were available, which added significant burden for my household.

My recent experience was with a new hire. It was ok. My previous experience has not been the best. I have had nothing but problems after a year of my truck in your shop. Then to have to take it back for basically the same thing in which I had to pay for when that was clearly an issue you should have secured. Now I am paying for Onstar and I do not even get the the full service as Onstar is saying its Chevy's responsibility. When will this ever be right?

Excellent customer interface kept me informed during my wait in the lobby. Covered all services due and coming due. Timely services completed prior to estimated timeline, After working with two different dealerships for service, both need to improve callbacks to customers when everyone is busy and the customer must leave a message as suggested in their general service department voice mail. Rarely is there a callback and the only way to ask questions of their service is to go to the dealership in person. Why suggest to leave a message?

You do not like to hear this and I probably will not get a response from management. The service was the WORST in all my year's of taking my vehicle into your or any other Dealership! It started with you scheduling my 2016 Tahoe to come in for a routine maintenance and being told you were too busy and would not get to it for several days. I asked then why, if you are behind, are you still taking vehicles in and I was told you have too! I recommend you tell your CUSTOMERs this before they bring their vehicle in! I also had a very small drip occurring for you to check out ($300 charge just to identify leak!). I was informed 1 WEEK later, after I called to check on my status, that it was the gasket of the Automatic Transmission pan. I immediately authorized the repair to take place. I was told that your Automatic Transmission staff were very busy but they would see about moving my vehicle up in the order. Not sure how I was back in the order since you already had my vehicle for a WEEK! 6 more days go by without being called by your company, so I call again to find out the work STILL HAD NOT STARTED! Your Service Advisor informed me after talking to the Maintenance staff that they would try to get it resolved the next day. I did get my Tahoe back on Friday, 15 days after checking it in. This level od serive, or should I say lack of service, is totally unacceptable and at this point I do not intend on using Chevrolet of Steven's Creek in the future!

This was my third vehicle purchase from Stevens Creek Chevrolet, each with a trade-in involved. The first two experiences were fantastic—smooth, transparent, and issue-free. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was a complete departure from the past and has left me thoroughly disappointed. The vehicle I purchased had noticeable defects that the sales manager assured me would be taken care of right away. Once I brought the car home, however, I never heard from him again. I sent email after email with no response. I eventually reached out to my original salesperson and asked to speak with the General Manager—though I was never given any contact information. It was only then that I was finally able to get the vehicle scheduled for service—four weeks after purchase. When I did finally get the car into the service department, the communication continued to be poor. I received no updates on the status of the repairs, and the car ended up taking 10 days longer than quoted to complete. To make matters worse, I had to return to the dealership to swap out the loaner vehicle because I was told I had exceeded the mileage limit—something completely out of my control given the delays on their end. Then came the issue with my trade-in. The agreed-upon trade-in value was never applied, and I ended up making payments on a car I no longer owned. I had to escalate to the General Manager just to get the situation corrected and receive a refund. Even after all that, the vehicle I traded in was never removed from my name. I received a notification from the DMV that my registration was being suspended due to a lack of insurance—on a car I hadn’t had for 2 months. At no point was I informed I would need to contact the DMV myself, and there was no mention of this responsibility in any of the paperwork. It has now been two months since I purchased my vehicle, and I’m still spending my time calling people, contacting the DMV, sending emails, and trying to get resolution for all the issues this dealership failed to handle properly. This dealership has gone downhill significantly. What used to be a reliable, customer-focused place is now marked by poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Stevens Creek Chevrolet.

Problem we came in for, tire monitoring system failure, seems to be corrected. We do, however, have issue with the following: - Psi of tires on the driver side and passenger side were sloppily adjusted. Driver side tires have a 4 to 5 lbs difference from those of the passenger side. - Sound system was tuned to a different station, and set to blast at maximum volume. - Air-conditioner intensity and fan were also adjusted to blast at maximum power. Technicians should not feel free to meddle with or engage in personal use of equipment of the cars they work on, since the cars do not belong to them.

Had a bad experience overall. Was not kept updated unless I asked-and what was supposed to be a 2 day work job-a safety brake line visual check-turned into a almost 2 week experience. I did call after not hearing anything for almost a week and had a terrible experience with Pepe on the phone. I could tell he was getting angry and definitely was on his coworker's side. I also got a update text almost immediately once he had my information which I thought was a coincidence. So overall not good.

My appointment was with Dennis. I arrived seven minutes early, so I went to his office to let him know I was there. I knocked on his door and told him I had an appointment with him. He replied, but the door was mostly closed, and I'm hard of hearing, so I made the "What?" gesture with my hand. He replied, louder, "Close the door." Since I was early, I went back to my car to wait. Eventually, I was able to pull my car up to the front of the line, beside Dennis' office, where I waited well past my appointment time. Dom had noticed me waiting and eventually came by to suggest that I knock on Dennis' door. I told him I already had and that Dennis had sent me away. Dom went to check, and returned to tell me that Dennis wanted to know if I was a fleet customer. I said no, so Dom offered to handle my appointment. Dom was great! He explained what they would do (it was for routine service), he asked if there were other issues (wipers needed replacing), offered the car wash service, and gave me an estimate for when the car would be ready and how much it would cost. He called me a few hours later to let me know I could come pick up the car, and when I arrived, he walked me through everything they did and told me when I should bring the car back. He was friendly and patient, and I'd be happy to have him as my service advisor again. Ten stars for Dom; zero stars for Dennis. At my request, Dom directed me to the parts department to buy touch up paint for the car. The guy there was behind two big monitors, working on something that seemed urgent, making and taking calls and speaking to other people who came and went. I did not want to interrupt, so I waited. Once he stepped into view to get a document he needed, but he didn't look up. Some of the other people who came in and out to talk to him saw me at the counter but did not tell him a customer was waiting. After five minutes, I went to the cashier's counter and asked if someone was working at the parts counter. She replied that he was under a time crunch to get something done. I went back to the parts counter, and two minutes later, the cashier told the parts guy he had a customer. He moved to look at me and said he'd be with me soon, and a couple minutes later, he came to help me. He was perfectly friendly and efficient, and if I hadn't already been upset by how Dennis blew me off, this whole interlude at the parts counter wouldn't have bothered me. In fact, I probably would have spoken up myself. I don't think he did anything wrong, really, and he probably doesn't get random customers at 8:45am, but a bell on the counter would solve the problem. A salesperson had called me within minutes of my service appointment being booked, and he did a fantastic job of convincing me to look at the Equinox and maybe trade in my Bolt EUV. After leaving the parts counter, I walked into the showroom, but no one was around. I left. Dennis has been my service advisor the last few times I've been in. I get that he wouldn't remember a customer he only sees once a year. My appointment confirmation named him as my service advisor, so I think he would have known to expect me. If he's only working with fleet customers, that's fine, but he could have offered to find another advisor or at least previously told the team to watch for me. I bought this car and leased a previous Bolt at Boardwalk Chevrolet, but until recently, I lived in San Jose. I came to Stevens Creek for service because it was much closer, and I kept coming back to work with Dennis because he was helpful and courteous. In addition to routine service, Stevens Creek Service has replaced three tires on the EUV due to blow outs. (I hit a curb while turning, but seriously, it's almost criminal that these tires can't handle being curbed.) I am disgusted by how Dennis treated me, and I'm going to take my business to Boardwalk. If they aren't courteous, I may come back to work with Dom. His attitude and care were the only bright spots in an otherwise awful experience.

I have a 2004 corvette that I bought there new 21 years ago. It’s in excellent shape. I had a ten year major service performed. Took 2 days and was done perfectly. I had a 820am appointment on 8/12/25 so I arrived at 810am that morning. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me for check-in. It took 30 min before anyone was able to check-in my vehicle. Very disappointed with the slow process considering I had an appointment. The service time for the 7500 mile/first year service was good-didn't have to return for car pick-up, instead I waited until service was complete. When I returned home, I noticed one of the valve stems on tire was missing.

This proved to be the car repair from hell. Dealership showed availability on July 9 for service but when I checked in, I was told there was a backlog. Ultimately, the needed repairs were not proposed until 6 days later. Repair supposedly completed on July 21, vehicle picked up and driven home when failure warning came back on for exact same problem. Vehicle immediately returned to dealership but took two days after repeated texts asking for an update before I was told the part installed was faulty and a new part had to be ordered for this $4,300 repair but that part had to be ordered from midwest. When that part finally arrived, technician broke another part in installing it. Through all of this, I had been telling service rep I needed the vehicle back by July 25 for use for a children's church camp the following week. I was told on the 25th of the broken part and that the vehicle would not be ready until a replacement for that broken part could be ordered and received. The vehicle was not ready until July 30. Throughout this process, communication from the dealership to me was very poor and often occurred only after I made repeated texts or voice messages to the service rep. At one point I asked to speak to the service manager. He called and left me a voice message which I immediately returned but he never called again.

Unfortunately it was miscommunicated about what service could be done on the Saturday that vehicle was scheduled. I was told when I dropped it off that they don’t do diagnostics on Saturdays. So unfortunately we had to leave the vehicle there and get our own ride home. Not to mention be without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks why they correct a warranty issue.

Everyone was nice. I was in and out quickly enough when dropping off and picking up. The shuttle was really convenient. The portal while service was happening was great. It was delivered early, and as far as I can tell, they did a great job. It was, by far, the largest maintenance bill I have ever paid, though. Like, not even close to my Subaru's largest maintenance bills combined ($1,500, and another for $1,200 which included new tires). I know dealers tend to be more expensive, but $5k is more than I was expecting by a lot.

Th we CB person who helped me from start to finish was very nice. The recall fix was completed much faster than I was told it might. Though I was offered a multipoint inspection and tire check, and I requested to pass on it just so the vehicle would be ready faster, the tire pressure was still checked and set to factory specs. The Stevens Creek Service department required me to leave my car at their repair shop for 7 days before it was even looked at to debug a GPS Map issue. After being looked at on the 7th day, it was quickly determined that a GPS Map issue could be fixed with a simple software update that took only minutes to repair. The explanation by the service employee was that no service technicians were available and that I MUST leave my car at the dealer for 1 week before anyone would look at it. No loaner car was ever offered and when I asked why couldn't Stevens Creek Chevy call me when a technician was available instead of me being without my car for 1 week before anyone would even look at it, I was told that's not the way it works. So in summary, it seems like the process at Stevens Creek Chevy is to create a 1 week queue for all cars to be repaired. My suggestion is that Stevens Creek Chevy change their scheduling of cars to be repaired based on the current technician resources they have as to not inconvenience their customers.

The experience at the dealership is fine, but the experience with the call center is very poor. - I never got a call that my truck was ready for pickup. - Since it was getting near EOD I called multiple times, but the call center folks can't tell anyhing about status. They couldn't reach the dealership. - They "escalated" my request multiple times, but I still never got a call back. - Finally I just showed up at the dealership end of the day, hoping for the best. The truck was just ready, but it was very poor communication, which took me time during the day.

First I had to wait a long time to get checked in. I had an scheduled appointment for 1240PM. I waited in the lounge until my car was completed. It is an electric car and it seemed to take a long time to check it out. I have an issue the my Invoice/receipt. Every section seems to repeat itself. Also it states that a multi-point inspection is going to be performed, but no where can I find the results of the inspection. Also what is an LOF? Also I can not find where it states that you actually rotated the tires.

Dropped my car off on a Monday and finally got it back on a Friday with really not an answer to why the light came on. I was told to just keep driving it and see if it comes back on. My car was brand new and had less than 2000 miles on it. I used to go to Capitol Chevy but found them to be rude. The Stevens Creek people are so nice, yet it is so hard to get anyone to call you back. Maybe that is the way it is, but after just spending $45K on a new car, I would hope I would have received more information on the issue and returned my calls quicker.

Everyone did a good job, doing what they were supposed to do and in a timely manner. This was the Safety Recall L87 connecting rod out of spec or poorly manufactured. I am not happy with the testing process, and I did not receive the new warranty information if writing when I picked up my Yukon. The dealer put in new 0W - 40W supercar Mobil one. No one told me that it now requires the special oil to maintain the warranty. That may or may not be the case. Concerned that I have a problem waiting to happen in the future.

Kourosh Surena, advisor extraordinaire, was professional and thorough and a delight. On the other hand, Joan Felipe Florez-Usama, technician (the reason you only got four stars), inferred that I was lying about my truck's dashboard getting sticky on its own (I requested a warranty inspection which was ignored). I wasn't lying, I don't lie and would like her to infer that I was to my face. Meanwhile, the dashboard problem has been escalated to GM Customer Assistance Case: 79600355 since you ignored my request. Give Kourosh a bonus before he leaves and runs for Mayor or something.

My truck went in for 75000 mile service on August 27. At that time i mentioned there was an issue with the cameras . The guide lines disappeared when backing up. They tried recalibrating them with multiple attempts over a week. They determined 2 of the cameras needed to be replaced. On September 23rd it was confirmed that they were covered under the extended warranty ( this took a week or so to get approval) and were ordered. I did mention at that time that my oil light after only a month was down to 67% which I thought was odd. The parts would take a week or so to arrive so i took the truck until the parts came in. Parts arrived Sept 30th and I dropped off the truck the next day. Within that time, the front collision warning light came on and the auto brights stopped working. They did not get around to installing the cameras for about 8 days and started working on them Oct 9th. Once installed the back up lines returned and they started working on the other issues which they thought were related. Determined that another camera needed to be replaced up at the windshield and would take another week or so for that camera to arrive. They asked if I could leave the truck with them in case something with all the cameras was shorting things which I did. Camera came in week or so later on Oct 17th. A week went by and they finally started working on it October 22. On the 23rd, they were still working on the issues of getting the new camera to calibrate. They let the truck sit with the battery disconnected overnight and I was able to pick up the truck the morning of the 24th finally.

I asked specifically for alignment as the tires worn out quickly and irregularly and they only inspected and checked the alignment as passed. Also 1300 dollars paid only for inspection which is not a fair amount for doing only inspecting the car!

Frustrating. I had an appointment and when I arrived, drove into building's service drop-off point, got out of my car, and stood behind it for 10 minutes while a myriad of staff walked by me as if I, and my car did not exist. Finally, Carlos helped me, and the check-in process began. Then, that day, I got an email stating all my tires needed to be replaced. It didn't matter that they were all brand new six months ago -- the dealership's data file on my car never noted that new tires had been purchased because I didn't buy the car from Stevens Creek Chevrolet, nor did I buy the new tires there. So receiving an urgent message about four tires that were absolutely in perfect condition was disconcerting -- and annoying.

I brought my C8 Corvette in for a door latch issue, which was ultimately repaired and is working properly. However, when I picked up the vehicle, I noticed new issues that were not present before service. The digital rearview camera is now noticeably degraded and static-heavy, whereas it was previously very clear. In addition, all Performance Data Recorder footage from the time my vehicle was in the dealership’s possession appears to be missing, even though I have the PDR set to record automatically. While the original issue was fixed, leaving with new concerns — and without clear answers as to why these changes occurred — has been frustrating. I am not sure whether these issues are related to the service performed, but I did not experience them prior to bringing the car in.

I have been patient with Stevens Creek a s being in Lemon Law from another bought Chevy from this Dealership is making me Wonder did I make another mistake??? I am not Happy with this Experience and can say if the ESC is not fixed I will be thinking seriously of another Lemon Truck!!!

My service advisor Jailene Sanchez Vargas was very efficient and extremely friendly when I dropped my equinox off for the 5K service and the 2 recalls at 7:40am on 12/26/25. She explained the process quite clearly, and arranged a courtesy drop off at my house. I received a message and also a call from her when the car was ready at the promised time. She was equally courteous, friendly and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I would consider Jailene to be the best service advisors of any dealerships, I ever dealt with.

The car was returned to me with Service Required light still on. The ambient temperature sensor was replaced. I was charged for it. But the ambient temperature sensor was still not operating. Temperature displayed was _ _ two dashes. I was told that my vehicle, a Chevrolet Bolt, couldn't be competently serviced on a Friday because EV experts weren't available on Fridays. Yet, Steven's Creek Chevrolet made the appointment knowing that my vehicle was an EV. The excuse was an external contractor makes the appointments. Steven's Creek Chevrolet is still responsible. They could have informed their agent not to make EV appointments on Fridays. Taking the car to service is a major inconvenience for a working person. I don't have time for iterations. I am very disappointed.

I was very happy with my service attendant, but as far as my warranty on my truck goes, I was very disappointed that the prior time I was there the problems fixed on my truck were not covered by warranty. I was even told by my attendant at that time that I had no extended warranty, which I actually did, but when investigated on this time I was at the service department was told that the warranty does not cover what was wrong with my truck last time which is just not right.

Yesterday, I brought my vehicle in at 7:40 a.m. as scheduled, and I was told that the work would be completed by 11:00 a.m. That, in itself, was understandable. However, when I had not received any notification by 12:30 p.m., I contacted your staff to inquire about the status, only to be told that it would take until 3:30 p.m. In the morning, I had been informed that there would be no issue because the Tire Pressure Sensor was in stock, but it later turned out that the part actually needed to be ordered. If that was the case, I believe I should have been informed as soon as the delay became apparent. Instead, I was required to remain in the waiting area the entire time without any update. Furthermore, although I was notified at 3:30 p.m. that the vehicle was ready and picked it up, I noticed on my way home that the Tire Pressure Sensor issue had not been resolved. I returned to your facility to request a check, and it was then discovered that the Tire Pressure Sensor had not been replaced at all and that additional work was required. As a result, I ended up waiting in the lounge for over eight hours starting from 7:40 a.m., and I was unable to do any work at all that day. This experience was extremely disappointing.
